Certification Chair Request

We as certification chairs have had a number of issues doing our jobs the past year. Thankfully, most of these have been resolved. As your Vice Chair of Certification, I am looking for tips and tricks that you have used to make our responsibilities workable that I can share with others. Your input in this project could become an agenda items at the National Convention.

If you have any tips or tricks, please email them to me at the address below.

Roger Burbage;
Vice Chair ~ Certification

Thank You

For all of you who devoted many volunteer hours to officiating high school, youth, open, collegiate and masters events this past winter, spring and now into the summer – a big thank you. The schools, coaches, parents and athletes really do appreciate your work. Much of our effort is volunteer work but be assured that what you do in helping provide fair and safe competition is much appreciated by the athletes we serve.

Boathouse Officials Apparel Store Open

Sorry for the short notice but the Boathouse Team Store has reopened the USATF Officials Outerwear Store. The USATF Officials Outerwear Store only opens a few times a year for a short period of time. The Store is currently opened until Monday July 10. If you are in need of a new USATF Officials Jacket or Rain Suit visit the store at the link below.

Remember that all of the Boathouse outerwear is made from start to finish in Philadelphia. It is a product of the USA.

Did You Know?

The first United States official annual competition - the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships - was held in 1876 by the New York Athletic Club. How the sport got to this point started much earlier.
