2020 National Team Volunteer Medical Staff Application Information
USA Track & Field is now accepting applications for its Volunteer National Team Medical Staff for 2020 National Teams

Applications must be submitted by 11:59PM EST November 10, 2019. Selections will be governed by Regulation 17 of the USATF bylaws. Please see below for a list of the teams and a link to the selection procedures and applications. Staff selections and team assignments will be announced once required approvals are obtained by the USATF Board of Directors and (if necessary) the USOC, with an anticipated announcement date for 2020 national teams by the end of January 2020.

All individuals must submit an application to be eligible for a medical team staff selection - even if they have previously applied for teams or served on a team in prior years

All applicants are required to be a member of the USATF Medical Registry, which will take effect starting January 1, 2020. Requirements for the USATF Medical Registry will be announced shortly, but will include: 1) a current USATF membership, 2) completion of a criminal background screen through NCSI, 3) completion of the online SafeSport Course, 4) agreeing to a USATF Medical Registry code of conduct, and 5) completion of a medical licensure background screen.
NOTE: you may apply now and complete the application for the USATF Medical Registry at a later date (medical registry application portal opening - TBA).
Please note, as part of the application process, applicants will be required to upload a color headshot.

- IAAF World Race Walk Team Championship - May 2nd-3rd; Minsk, Belarus (ATC/PT/LMT)
- IAAF World U20 Championships - July 7th-12th; Nairobi, Kenya (MD/DC/ATC/PT/LMT/Psych)
- IAAF World Relay Championships, May 4-5, TBD (MD/DC/ATC/PT/LMT/Psych)
- NACAC Championships - TBD; TBD (MD/DC/ATC/PT/LMT/Psych)
- Thorpe Cup - July TBD; Knoxville, Tennessee (ATC/PT/LMT)
